Splendid, didn’t know they they are so elegant. Seem that the material used will last a very long, much more than the canvas used in my last one that tore down in less tnan four years short!

Seat bottom and back fit and looked good. The head rest covers were too big so I added foam to fill them out. Also the bottom edges were not hemmed so my wife did that. The center console cover was way too big so I cut it apart and gluded it on. The set I bought last year for my Ford Escape fit much better.

Before getting into the excellent and not so excellent, I’ll jump to the bottom line. I will absolutely, without any hesitation, buy my next set of seat covers from CalTrend. It was money well spent.
Why only four stars when I’m so sure I’ll buy from CalTrend again?
First the great thing. A couple days after placing my order I was surprised by a customer service call – that they initiated. Their customer service department called to verify the order to make sure everything was correct. Five Stars or better for that!
Things that are four star ratings. Two. First and really the most important is the enclosed instructions were for all the models of my vehicle. I have a Jeep Cherokee that apparently has several types of seats. Rather than send instructions for my type seat, they sent a composite instruction sheet which was confusing. My complaint, is it is a one time effort to write up the correct instructions for each type of seat – after that since they made the correct cover, they know exactly which seat to match the instructions to.
Also related to the instructions, I went on line and got a huge tip, to remove the bottom cushion which made all the difference in the world. This “tip” was not in the instruction. By doing this, I was able to do a little extra work and the covers fit soooo much better.
Because I did the extra work of removing the seat bottom, then stripping off the old cover, the bottoms look like a professionally recovered seat. The tops, however have a good but not great fit. The bottom strap system didn’t quite work right so I had to figure out a different method of securing them. That said, while they don’t look as professionally fit as the bottoms, they look very good for slip on covers.

Tweed fabric and sew quality is strong durable and thick. The fit is accurate for a good quality seat bench cover. I am satisfied with the over all quality and fit of this cover. I would buy this again. Don’t settle for a lesser quality this is a great cover. Great job to the cut and sew team that put this together. I have a great looking bench seat! Thank you.

This is the second set I have purchased. One for a Tacoma last year and these were for my Daughters Ram . They look great they stay in place. They take care of their customers and they have a quality product .

Over all, covers are good: the fabric seems rugged, fit is reasonable, and appearance is better than average. However, The color representation in website images is terrible. It is apparent that a single grayscale image was colorized to try to represent the various fabric colors, and no images of actual fabric samples can be found anywhere. The “charcoal” tweed that I received was much lighter than expected, to the point where I thought there must have been a mistake. The color misrepresentation is my primary complaint, and while it is understandable that conveying accurate color in general is tricky, this purchase felt a little like a gamble that I lost. Going in to the purchase, there was a sense that the color was going to be inaccurate, but there was no other information to go on. In addition, there are a few spots where fit could easily be much better, like around the bottom front of seats, where the fabric is quite sloppy and would have been very easy to take in the fabric at the front seam just a little to make fit much better. At this price point, I was expecting more extensive sewing; the single stitch with wide and highly variable seam allowance creates slight bumps and puckers against the seat surfaces depending on which direction the seam material lies, and makes me wonder when the single thread will fail, with an entire seam bound to give way suddenly as a result. Double top stitched seams with a reinforcing strip would be much better, and shouldn’t be out of the question for the cost of these covers.
