I am giving this rating of 3 because the customer service person answered my questions quickly and was relatively professional. As far as the seat covers go, I tried for several hours to make them fit the OEM seats and could not get them to fit properly. So, I took them off and boxed them up to be returned. In order to get a full refund they expect me to spend several more hours trying to put them back on and take a picture so they can tell me they don’t fit. I don’t have the time nor inclination to do that . So they are going to charge a 15% restocking fee. I did order seat covers for my Sprinter van several years ago and was satisfied with them which is why I ordered these seat covers. Not sure I would order from them again.

The seat covers really are custom and really do fit exactly. I have had others from other places that didn’t, so pointing out that these seat covers actually are what was claimed might be more significant than one would think. Tough fabric and well made too.

It was a little unnerving at first, but Ms. Hernandez did it phenomenal job of getting everything together, and delivered on time. The product itself fits perfectly, was not complicated to install, and is a blessing to not sit on cold leather when first getting in. I feel like the covers are very durable, so there’s no doubt that it’s a great product with a great customer service team backing it.
